Employee Email Signatures

COPY & PASTE INSTRUCTIONS

COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

Find your city below, highlight your location (including the “zTrip|WHC” logo image), on your keyboard hold CTRL and Press “C” (CTRL+C). Go to outlook and click on settings (The Gear icon) and type “Email Signature” in the search box, click on the “Email Signature” search result, in the email signature box, click within it with your mouse cursor then with your keyboard hold CTRL and Press “V” (CTRL+V), Click the two check boxes below the box to make sure your signature is included in all outgoing mail, save your changes. All done! 

CELL PHONE INSTRUCTIONS

Find your city below, press and hold your finger to highlight your location (including the “zTrip|WHC” logo image). Go to outlook and click on settings (The Gear icon) and type “Email Signature” in the search box, click on the “Email Signature” search result, in the email signature box, click within it with your mouse cursor then with your keyboard hold CTRL and Press “V” (CTRL+V), Click the two check boxes below the box to make sure your signature is included in all outgoing mail, save your changes. All done!
