I haven't actually used them yet, but I must say I'm VERY impressed with their automated voice reservation system! It was very quick and easy to book the ride, and just as simple to cancel! I'll definitely be calling them when I'm finally ready to roll!
EDIT, two months later: I still never did use them, but their whole protocol was so user-friendly, that I'll definitely remember them the next time I'm in town and need transport.

We use Taxi Will for our Assisted Living and Memory Care resident trips. He has been very reliable, friendly and helpful in transporting our seniors. Good equipment and excellent service in working with residents needing wheelchair transport.

Roger Perez was great. He showed up right on time and made the whole ride super comfortable. The car was clean, the music was at a nice volume , and he drove safely the entire way. He was so friendly and the conversation was easy and enjoyable. Overall, really great experience. I would be happy to ride with Roger Perez again

Will C is our main ride! We call him when we need to take my grandma somewhere in his wheelchair accessible van. He is also so kind, conscientious, funny, and personable. If he ever cannot fulfill a ride, he always find someone else to take care of us. We couldn’t ask for anyone better!

I'm residing at Canyon Transitional Rehab in Albuquerque NM I'm in a wheelchair as I was in an accident in Santa Rosa NM Jan 23 2022 long story short my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance gets Ztrip for my transportation. Ive had Gabriel like three times now who transports me to Lovelace medical center on Walter. Gabe is awesome so helpful caring and takes care of me in my trips. I'm very grateful for him. If I can have Gabriel each time id appreciate it deeply.
