Marketing Manager (Albuquerque)
zTrip is currently seeking a talented, self-motivated, and highly organized Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness in the New Mexico market. The ideal candidate will have be able to enthusiastically talk to qualified consumers and driver partners about the differences and benefits of our brand, selling our services, and signing up new customers using the latest technology. This position is responsible for increasing the customer base by maintaining relationships with existing customers and by developing new relationships with small business owners, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and other institutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop new accounts and grow existing customer sales in assigned territory.
  • Visit existing and potential customers.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service by addressing customer concerns
  • Maintain records of site visits and customer contacts.

Marketing/Business Development Coordinator (Kansas City)

We are looking for a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator to join our team. zTrip is the leading provider of passenger ground transportation services in North America. If you are excited to make a direct impact on growing a business and have an entrepreneurial spirit, this job is for you!

Duties and Responsibilities

Communications & PR:

  • Develop internal and external communications
  • Build and maintain a media list and contacts
  • Write and distribute press releases to appropriate industry media lists and contacts.
  • Solicit opportunities to contribute industry white papers, articles, interviews, etc. to promote zTrip.

Branding and Graphic Design:

  • Work with Director of Marketing to develop brand strategy and standards
  • Ensure that brand standards are communicated and maintained throughout the company
  • Coordinate graphic design including the development of graphics for proposals, web site, marketing collateral and other programs.

Research and New Business:

  • Work with Line of Business leaders to monitor, track, and identify new business opportunities through existing customers, public bids, RFPs, partner referrals, etc.
  • Research key new client projects and opportunities
  • Follow up with companies who have expressed interest in zTrip services and perform initial information gathering.
  • Monitor all public bid activities and ensure that zTrip is included in all open bid opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting on new business pipeline.

Sales Support:

  • Support Line of Business leaders and sales team members in coordinating the creation of proposals and responding to RFP/ RFQs, while ensuring required time-lines are met (serve as the project manager for submissions).
  • Interact at a high-level with team members, senior executives, and various internal departments to prepare proposals; manage assignment, collection and organization of proposal content to develop a complete package for submission.
  • Participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to obtain full understanding of requirements for all proposals.
  • Coordinate bid submissions and ensure all proposals are delivered on time.

Content Generation:

  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral and align strategic marketing plans to organizational goals and branding guidelines for zTrip.
  • Create content/copy for website and social media.
  • Proofread all copy and proposals to ensure continuity and compliance with legal, technical, financial and marketing specifications.
  • Create a reusable library of all bid submission components, qualifications, bios, etc.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Periodically attend industry conferences and trade shows to network, develop relationships, and keep on top of current trends.
  • Coordinate trade show exhibits and event marketing activities.
  • Use technology and other tools to maintain client and prospect contact information.

Position Requirements

  • 3 years of experience supporting marketing and communications functions.
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience
  • A quick learner – motivated to achieve and provide more than expected.
  • Excellent writer who can craft marketing creative and technical copy.
  • Able to work with little supervision and consistently contribute as a team player.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

You will strengthen zTrip’s brand through strategic identification, coordination, and execution of various presentations and recruiting events. The position designs, implements, and maintains an updated full cycle recruiting program with an emphasis on high tech recruiting practices, full utilization of social media, and focused networking with the deployment of an effective pipeline of applicants. The manager is responsible for developing sourcing and recruitment strategies to achieve and maintain the talent resources required to meet business needs and will create, track and maintain metrics, reporting and analysis to realize most efficient processes. This position is responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment and orientation of all independent contractors to increase the overall growth of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the overall growth and retention of the organization.
  • Establish recruitment objectives and goals for the operation.
  • Create and implement recruitment plans and campaigns.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner.
