Information you give us – We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in a different form (phone, email, etc)
Examples of information we collect
When you purchase a card from your organization you are asked to provide the following. Name, Phone number, Billing Address, shipping Address, and email Address. This is all used to create a cardholder account that can help us manage you card.
Does Kansas City Transportation Group Share the information it receives?
Third – Party Service Providers: we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include in taxi hardware used to process credit cards and dispatch trips, also gift card processing software used to host and facilitate our card programs.
Protection of Kansas City Transportation Group and others- We will release account, trip, or other personal information when it is appropriate to comply with the law; enforcement. This includes exchanging your information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. However we do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personal identifiable information.
How secure is information about me
We reveal only the last four digits of our credit card numbers when confirming an order.
Kansas City Transportation Group allows for cancellation of the Card Program within 10 days of purchase provided that the card has not been used. There is no need to return the card to Your Organization for it will be terminated. Please make the request for cancellation via phone (800.808.1131) to ensure the cancellation is addressed in a timely manor. Once the request for cancellation has been made your transaction will be refunded with in 4 days of cancellation depending on business days. If there are any questions please contact us.
